A very noisy park right next to the highway. Neither of the two spas is working. The pool is a murky green, in need of cleaning. The "state of the art work out facility" has a minimal number of free weights and only half of the universal machine is working. Park is mostly filled with permanent residents. Some have been allowed to skirt their RV's with raw plywood. One even has a 6 foot chain link fence all the way around it. It rained numerous times during our stay and the sprinklers continued to run and create large puddles, wasting a lot of water. Many sprinkler heads are in need adjustment. Several streetlights have broken bulbs within the park. Park had a nice neat appearance at first glance. It is overpriced.

The Spaces were long and wide. There were very few people in park. It is a good place to stop for a night or two but there was no sewer hook up. There is a dump station by the office. There is some road noise, but not bad. The Park needs a little tender loving care.

There is nice grass and shade. The park was difficult to maneuver. We had to ask two people to move their vehicles to back into our space. After we were parked in our space a motorcoach came in and the vehicles had to be moved again for him. He ended up complaining about the space and being moved. The only way he fit was to be pushed up against the bushes and the back. He had no place to park his toad. They moved him to a pull through space. The water connections were by the roads. Depending on whether you had a pull through or a back in they were all the way at the front or back. We had to use 30 feet of hose to connect to the water. The electric was all the way at the back. The sewer was toward the front and you had to dodge it when backing in.

The pool was unusable due to the dozens of children from town occupying the pool during our week stay. The park charges the locals to use the pool. The restrooms were not clean due to the overuse by pool patrons. The showers were very small and shower heads were too low. There are no handicapped shower facilities. The day we arrived they were setting sprinklers by hand and watering the sides of the coaches. There is noise from the highway and nearby train tracks. The water pressure varies greatly. They allow vehicles to park on the interior roads making access tight. he staff is very young and unable to provide much information on the area. The views are spectacular. The price is based on the weekly rate.

Overall this is a nice campground. There is a very nice rec center and large showers. The sites were not too close together, level, and long enough to park the truck and trailer with room left over. When we checked in we were advised of specific rules verbally, including the 5 mph speed limit, and not to put any carpet or mat on the grass. The rules were not enforced and those most frequently violating the speed limit were employees on ATV's. Teenage employees need to stop using profane language.

This is a very quiet well kept park. The managers were friendly and helpful. The spaces are close together. All spaces are back in. We had a dog next to us that was never leashed as required by park rules. The dog startled us a couple of times by coming around the end of our trailer and barking and growling at us. Watering was done by hand set sprinklers and the man was constantly walking within inches of our windows when setting sprinklers.
